Product Overview

STI’s Type 4 Metal Protective Cabinet helps protect electrical and electronic devices from vandalism and accidental damage. Constructed of super tough, heavy-duty 14 gauge metal with baked enamel finish. Enclosure mounts to the wall enabling units to be protected in their designated location. Cost effective and low maintenance, the size allows the cabinet to house significantly sized electronic devices with space to spare. Also available with a window and/or AC/heat. Type 4, UL Listed.

  • Keeps fire alarm control panels and electronics operational in extreme temperatures
  • Heavy-duty 14 gauge steel with baked enamel finish
  • AC/Heater unit is externally mounted to minimize space intrusion
  • AC/Heater unit cycles and a fan runs continuously to sustain a uniform temperature inside the enclosure
  • Cost effective, low maintenance and compact design
  • Includes mounting plate and 6-inch ground strap
  • Two 1/4 turn latches help prevent unauthorized entry
  • Cabinet is Type 4, UL Listed, CE
  • AC/Heater unit UL/cUL Listed, CE
  • For proper airflow, housing protects a unit up to 21 in W x 33 in H x 6 in D
