Solo is a phone-based, cloud-hosted access control system; which is created and managed from the Paxton Solo app. With Solo, your phone is the system and the key. The Solo DoorTag is an NFC device that replaces a traditional access control reader. When a compatible smartphone, installed with the Paxton Solo app, is presented to the DoorTag, authorised personnel can gain access through the Solo controlled door. The Solo - DoorTag is a passive device, requiring no power or wiring. It is added to the system via the Paxton Solo app.
