Product Overview

The AVPro Edge AC-MXNET-SW12 is a 12-port network switch designed for fast switching and low latency in basic systems and as a stackable extension to 24-port and 48-port MXnet switches. It features eight copper PoE+ ports with 370 watts of power and four 10 Gbps SFP+ ports that support link aggregation through MXNet’s Mentor software. The switch uses AVPro Edge's custom network operating system, optimized for multicast packetization and data throughput, ensuring nearly instant source-to-source switching and low audio-video latency averaging 35 ms. It is preconfigured for plug-and-play simplicity within the MXnet ecosystem and supports stackability with 40 Gbps link aggregation for flexible system expansion.
