The AC-AEX-KIT from AVPro Edge is a professional audio extender designed for delivering uncompressed stereo signals over distances up to 100 m using CAT5e or higher cables with RJ45 connectors. It supports both analog and digital sources selectable via an input dipswitch and features AVPro's Dual-Play function to simultaneously output audio on analog and digital outputs. This extender handles 2-channel audio and 5.1 channel audio on digital outputs, compatible with coaxial or optical digital audio S/PDIF signals. Engineered for modern installations, it allows Smart TV app audio like Netflix and Spotify to be routed back to an AVR or whole-home audio systems, supporting point-to-point digital audio extension with POC power delivery requiring power on only one end. The compact, durable chassis is CE Certified, RoHS Compliant, and includes a Prop65 warning.
